Liberals everywhere are distraught as the Supreme Court has issued their decision on President Trump’s latest version of the travel ban. The nation’s top court has ruled that the ban will take full effect for the time being. Meanwhile, the lower courts are still sorting through the myriad of lawsuits that have been filed to try and block it.
Seven nations are included in the ban and the ruling means that nationals from those countries will not be allowed to enter the United States. They are:
- North Korea
Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor were the two dissenters in the opinion.
Both the 4th and 9th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal have challenges to the ban currently being heard. The Department of Justice asked the Supreme Court to lift the lower courts’ orders preventing the ban being enforced while those lawsuits take place.

Federal courts in Hawaii and Maryland issued those orders in late September shortly after President Trump released the proclamation. The second version of the travel ban had expired after being enforced for 90 days and immediate action was necessary to block dangerous foreigners from entering.
The 9th Circuit Court partially upheld those orders allowing nationals from six of the eight countries listed to enter. Naturally, this was not acceptable to the Trump administration so they turned to the Supreme Court.
The newest decision to allow the ban will have liberals incredibly angry. Despite their best efforts, the travel bans have largely been allowed. President Trump has fought hard to protect America as evidenced in his proclamation;
“As President, I must act to protect the security and interests of the United States and its people. I am committed to our ongoing efforts to engage those countries willing to cooperate, improve information-sharing and identity-management protocols and procedures, and address both terrorism-related and public-safety risks. Some of the countries with remaining inadequacies face significant challenges. Others have made strides to improve their protocols and procedures, and I commend them for these efforts. But until they satisfactorily address the identified inadequacies, I have determined, on the basis of recommendations from the Secretary of Homeland Security and other members of my Cabinet, to impose certain conditional restrictions and limitations, as set forth more fully below, on entry into the United States of nationals of the countries identified in section 2 of this proclamation.”
The Supreme Court just ruled that President Trump's travel ban isn't anti-Muslim.

Democrats, on the other hand, are trying their hardest to allow its destruction. They believe everyone should be allowed into our country without vetting which they see as racist. Their complete disregard for our nation’s safety is disturbing, to say the least.
